After Sales Engineer Home Visit

If your mobility scooter develops a fault we can arrange for an engineer to visit, diagnose and, if possible, fix the problem.

There is a call out fee of £144 for this service.

The call out fee will be fully refunded if the cause of the fault and cost of repair is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the engineer call out fee if the fault is found to be due to wear and tear or misuse.
