Delivery and Returns
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available.
If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Mobility Scooters: Free Delivery, Assembly and Demonstration:
Once stock availability is confirmed and your payment has been processed, your order will be dispatched to our partners, Healthcare Distribution Direct, who will contact you to arrange a convenient time for delivery, assembly and demonstration.
This is usually within 5-7 days from the date the product was dispatched from the manufacturers.
If you have not received a date for delivery within 7 working days, please contact us via email at email@example.com so that we can help.
If you prefer to have your mobility scooter delivered without assembly or demonstration, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of purchase, so we can arrange this for you.
Delivery charges for other items:
There is a delivery charge for furniture (£40), additional batteries (£25) and accessories (£10). The delivery charge will be added to the total cost on the checkout page.
Items can only be delivered to Mainland UK addresses.
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to email@example.com within 3 days of delivery, so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For mobility scooters, the cost of engineered assembly and demonstration service will be deducted from your refund.
