Are you worried about using your scooter for the first time?

Let us put your mind at rest.

We arrange for an experienced engineer to deliver, assemble and demonstrate your new scooter in your home, with no additional charge.

They will check you are happy with the instructions and feel confident using the scooter before they leave.

How our Home Delivery Service works:

1. Once you place your order we will send your request to our partners Healthcare Distribution Direct.
2. Their customer service team will communicate directly with you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. This is likely to be within 14 days after the order is placed. 
3. The engineer will deliver on the agreed date and time. 
4. The qualified engineer will set up the mobility scooter as required and provide you with a clear demonstration of how it is used and leave you with their handover certificate once satisfied.
5. Healthcare Distribution Direct will remove and dispose of any old or unwanted products which the new mobility scooter has replaced.
6. For future service and warranty requirements Healthcare Distribution Direct is on hand with fully trained engineers who can resolve & fix the product.
We only deliver to addresses in mainland UK.
Items delivered to KW, SA, IV, PH30-39 & TR postcodes may incur an extra charge. Please contact our customer service team for details. 
We no longer offer boxed delivery without assembly and demonstration.
